What is Our Return Policy?


We will accept Return or Size Exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met


  • Return/Size Exchange should be initiated within 5 days of order delivery.
  • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • The product should be unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
  • The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging and invoice.




The refund can be processed in the form of Store Credits or Bank account refund whichever you are comfortable with.

You need to inform us about the return/exchange by email within 5 business days of receiving the product on Kindly also provide bank details for the refund.

Once we receive the product(s) it will take us 3-5 business days to remit the amount to your bank account.The COD charges will not be refunded. It is a non-refundable, convenience fee.

PLEASE NOTE THAT “CUSTOMIZED” ORDERS WON’T QUALIFY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If you’re unhappy with the fitting of your order, you can always send it back to us. We will alter it and send it across to you. We aim for the perfect fit and shall co-operate in all ways possible to ensure perfect fitting of the outfit.
